Our group in Warwick work in collaboration with Alan Gibbons (now at King’s College London) and Martyn Amos (now at Exeter University) at the University of Liverpool on devising and implementing novel computing methods. Work in this area was stimulated by the publication of Leonard Adleman’s solution to the Hamiltonian Path Problem (Science 266, 1994). This work was funded by the BBSRC/EPSRC Joint Bioinformatics Initiative .
